Description

Opal is a female medium-haired Tuxedo kitten, born on August 10, 2026. She is the gymnast of the kitten pride. She can jump forwards, backwards, sideways and straight up. Her obsession is one of the interactive toys on the living room floor. I will definitely provide this information to her adopter, as she’ll probably want one like it in her forever home. If you are looking for a kitten who will provide unlimited entertainment, Opal is your girl. Her expressions and her gymnastic expertise give me plenty of enjoyment each day. Opal will greet me each morning, sitting on her hind legs, a paw on each of my cheeks and a nose bump. She is all about the affection and the personality, before the zoomies come into play, and then she is seeking out her interactive toy, working very hard smacking the little plastic balls around the contraption. Opal is a sweet, amusing and loving little kitten. She has come so far from the “abandoned in a box” days. Opal is looking for her forever adoptive home. She has been around other cats, small dogs, men and women. All of the kittens have been raised around other pets, so adjustments should be more fluid in their adoptive homes. I really enjoy fostering her along with her brother and sisters. Opal and her siblings have thrived and continue to thrive under the care of the Rutherford County Humane Society. Indoor cat only! The adoption fee is $75. This covers the cost of spay/neuter, PVR, Rabies, flea, tick, ear mite and worm treatment. To adopt, you need to first fill out an application.
