Description

     This pretty girl is GYPSY, an 18 pound, 4 year-old Red Miniature Pinscher Mix or Chihuahua Mix. Gypsy is very loving, loyal, and is sweet as can be with her family/people. Her foster mom describes her as a dog who “loves her people deeply.” Gypsy also loves being with other dogs who are similar in size to her; she absolutely LOVES playing with them and bonds with other dogs quickly.         Some of Gypsy’s favorites things: 1) laying on her foster mom’s chest for some cuddles and personal attention. 2) basking in the warmth of the sun’s rays. 3) running full tilt and playing chase with the other dogs in the backyard. And 4) playing with toys, especially with the other dogs.         Because Gypsy is selective with unknown people, she requires a calm adoptive home that doesn’t have a lot of people coming and going. Patience is the key with Gypsy. She is housebroken utilizing a good routine. Approved for adult-only households.        ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:  Adopter must have experience with fearful dog behavior which requires time for acclimation to new people. Teddy requires a securely fenced yard for play time and toileting. Also, requires at least one other smaller dog in the adoptive home with whom to play and buddy.        This dog has been examined by licensed veterinarians, provided inoculations, been tested for diseases, dewormed, spayed, and microchipped.
