Description

Our Nyx is winning popularity contests with the volunteers. She's friendly, happy, bubbly and waggy and thinks everyone wants to be her new best friend. This girl has a playful puppy personality but with such grown-up manners. She knows her basic commands and takes treat oh so gently. She loves affection and attention and is also confident and comfortable entertaining herself with squeaky toys. She tosses and then catches them, no problem! Did we also mention she's really photogenic? She is and she knows it - patiently holding just the right pose! Nyx came to Humane Colorado as a transfer from another shelter and while with us she's recovering quite well from a surgery to correct her eyelids so they don't turn inward. Since we don't know much about her history we recommend a slow introduction to other pets in your home. Come meet Nyx and we know you'll agree she's one loveable girl!
