Meet Miss Frankie This gorgeous 5-month-old little lady is Frankie, and between those baby-blue eyes and her one-of-a-kind seal tortie point markings, she’s pretty hard to resist. Frankie’s foster says she is an affectionate sweetheart who purrs easily and absolutely loves a good scratch. Frankie is a big fan of belly rubs! She’ll roll right onto her back, paws in the air, doing what her foster describes as a pretty convincing otter impression while waiting for someone to give her some love. She’s also good with other cats, making her a wonderful possibility for a home with a feline friend.Frankie has that perfect combination of beautiful and silly — elegant blue eyes and striking markings paired with a personality that says, “Excuse me, I believe you were supposed to be rubbing my belly.” If you’re looking for an affectionate, purr-happy little companion, Miss Frankie just might be your girl!
