Pete

Description

Pete is a 6-year-old, 13-pound Chihuahua mix who is easy to handle and comfortable with people. He has been easy to leash, walk, pet, and pick up, and he tolerated a grooming session, including a nail trim, without any issues.   Pete generally does well with other dogs, although he can be selective and does best with slow introductions. He attends playgroup with well-matched male dogs and has shown good social skills, including giving appropriate corrections without escalating.   Pete has a moderate energy level and enjoys spending time with people. He is looking for a home where he can settle in at his own pace and be part of the household.
