Please note that Foster-to-Adopt trials are offered at the rescue's discretion and may be limited or declined in cases of repeated returns or misuse of the program.***    Please help me get out! I am currently in a place where there are lots of unwanted dogs and not all of us here get the chance I might have to leave! But in order to help me out of here to catch the ride to WI on October 23rd and arrive on October 24th, I need *both* a sponsor, and a WI foster home *or* a WI adopter! I have a place for now, but I can't stay here forever and I am worried. While he may have had a rough start as a puppy, he is so very sweet and wiggly! He is moving on and leaving the past behind! He is happy to be around anyone and just yearns for affectionate! Billy loves the camera and will stick his nose right on the lens, he’s ready for his close up & he’s ready for a family who will treat him like the superstar he is!
