Meet Seymore Seymore is a sweet, sensitive boy who just needs a little time and patience to let his personality shine. He can be shy when meeting new people, but once he feels safe, he becomes an incredibly loving and loyal companion. One of Seymore’s favorite things is quietly sitting at your feet and looking up at you, hoping for pets and affection. He’s calm, gentle, and enjoys simply being near his people. At bedtime, he loves curling up at the foot of the bed to sleep close to the ones he trusts. Seymore is very smart and highly trainable. He already knows how to sit when you snap your fingers and has learned to politely sit in front of people when he wants attention. He’s also housetrained and knows how to use a doggy door. He does well with dogs and kids, though he would likely do best with dogs closer to his own size rather than very small dogs. Cats may not be the best fit for Seymore, as they make him nervous. While Seymore has a calm and independent nature, he also has a mischievous side — especially when it comes to counter surfing if tasty food is left unattended.
