Meet Berlin! This sensitive soul has been timid in the shelter, although he has opened up when offered gentle words and lots of chin scratches. His previous owner notes that he would play a little rough with their dog. They also noted that he would sometimes pee outside of his litter box, though he has been doing well with daily litter changes here in the shelter.
