Meet Schell, A sweet Pekingese mix senior. Schell came to us from the King County Shelter, where she was waiting for her owners to claim her. They never came. Schell entered the shelter with a baseball-sized hernia. It was removed when she was spayed. Schell is recovering well from both surgeries and is ready for her forever human. She is the sweetest girl. She lives for cuddling, lying next to her person, sitting in the sun, and, for now, exploring the yard. Once she is fully recovered, she will go for walks and car rides. Schell is healthy, loving her new diet, spayed, up to date on her vaccines, and a happy little girl. She will do best in a quieter home with people who will love her, walk her, and spend quality time with her. A perfect companion for someone who works from home or is retired.
