Thistle and Thaddeus are with our rescue partner down south and can come to NJ if we find a foster or adopter for them   Double Trouble Meet Thistle and Thaddeus, two adorable Chihuahua/Cattle Dog mixes with the most unique, beautiful coloring and even bigger personalities! These little guys will stay under 20 pounds each and are 52% Chihuahua, 41% Cattle Dog—but make no mistake, they are all Chihuahua when it comes to their love of attention, cuddles, playtime, and letting you know they are ready for fun. They were found abandoned together on a road and were initially shy, sticking close to one another for comfort. Once they realized they were safe, they blossomed into happy, affectionate boys who love everyone they meet. If you don’t find them first, they may bark to invite you over for pets or play! Thistle and Thaddeus are leash and kennel trained and have done well in a home. They can have an occasional accident when they get extra excited, because apparently being loved is a very big deal. Two tiny speckled sweethearts, twice the fun, and ready for a home of their own.   These boys are up to date on vaccines and were treated for heartworm. They are already neutered and microchipped and their adoption donation is $500.  Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
