Meet Charlie! This charming fellow loves pets, playing, and confidently exploring his surroundings. Charlie has been very tolerant to handling throughout his stay here but can become `puffy` (piloerect) when exploring new smells, sights, and sounds. Out of precaution we have noted that he may exhibit overtimulated behaviors if he were to become overwhelmed, though he has continued to be sweet even when he's all puffed up!
