He had a very bad kitty cold and had to use the nebulizer four times a day. But he is such a smart boy that he understood the machine was there to help him, and quickly began walking up to the mask all on his own when it was time for his treatments. He never fought or resisted; he actually seemed grateful to have his foster giving him the medicine. Now he's all healed up and ready to be your Halloween kitty.As a single kitten who started out life completely alone, Rain has become quite the velcro kitty. In his current foster there are dogs and adult cats but he does not have any other young kitten friends to play with. He loves to be near people and is not at all skittish. He’s so people focused, in fact, that when his foster first brought him home, he slipped out of the kitten nursery room and was found curled up on the bed. Since then he has slept on his foster’s bed every night on his special fuzzy blanket.Rain is great at matching energy. If you want to play he'll jump around, run all over and play pounce till you're worn out. If you want to binge watch a show on the couch, he'll curl up on you and sleep with his belly up until Netflix asks, "Are you still watching?" Rain loves his stuffed platypus that he's had since he was a baby. He carries it around the house and snuggles it when he sleeps. Rain's favorite place is a fuzzy soft blanket on a bed. He will sleep on it all night, wake up to eat breakfast, and return right back to his spot for some extra Z's. He makes for a great lazy day buddy. But when it's time to play? Oh he’s ready for that too. He loves to chase the balls in his tower toy, and he particuarly likes it best when you play with him like a game. Wand toys, crinkle balls, tunnels, you name it Rain is all over it. He just loves life.Like all black cats, Rain has the most loving, obsessed with his person personality. He loves to meow for your attention and to be scooped up like a baby. You can hold him however you want he’s so easy going.
