Please read entire bio before applying! Only applicants within 2 hours of chicago will be considered. Yuki is a very sweet, special girl with a heart of gold. She was found on the south side of chicago completely covered in mats and mud/poop. She had 4 ingrown nails and struggled to move. Animal control found her and brought her in; from there, forever fortunate felines rescued her Yuki’s age is unknown, but the vets estimate her to be about 7 years old. She was recently spayed with a full dental. Due to her smushed face, she will need dentals every year at a specialist dental facility. This cannot be overlooked. Yuki is alllll about human affection. She loves to be pet and snuggled. Her fave place is a warm cat bed next to her humans! She isn’t super playful, in fact she’s quite docile and just likes to sit around and be pretty. We love that for her   she’s very petite at only 4 lbs. the vets think she may be able to get up to 5 lbs, but will always remain petite. Yuki has an abnormally smushed face (even for her breed!) and she needs daily face and front leg cleanings. Her adopter must be committed to taking care of this. Furthermore, she will need regular grooming. Groom Bar Chicago gave her an amazing shave down and we highly recommend their services! Yuki’s ideal home would be one where she gets lots of love. She requires a committed adopter who understands the cost and high needs of her breed, so she never ends up matted and struggling to move again.
