They describe him as still being cautious but say he is making great strides. He is affectionate and likes to be near them and is gentle and loving. His foster says "Garfield has come a long way with his comfort level both with my home and especially with me. We've become bro-buddies. He welcomes my physical affection and returning his affection both by licking/grooming me and gentle boxing play. Garfield is always happy to greet me when I come home. Garfield enjoys spending time in the living room with me in the evenings. He likes his Silver Vine / Catnip, then he becomes obsessed with the TV. He’s a sweet, social boy who loves to explore! Garfield is a really wonderful mix of independent and affectionate. He can lounge by himself for hours on end, but the second you come to give him pets he turns into a love bug. As soon as it’s time for bed, it’s time for Garfield to make biscuits!
