Birthdate:  8/9/24Breed: One of a kindWell, herein lies a tale that begins not so well at all, but we promise you a hopeful, happy ending.  Sustaining a traumatic injury to his tail at the hands of some less than nice people, SALVADOR's tail became paralyzed and required amputation.  He is quite fortunate that he is healing perfectly and suffered no neurological damage to his tail end at all.  Even more remarkable is that our brave boy knows nothing about fearing people or holding grudges.  With every ounce of his handsome, gentle being, he just yearns to love and be touched by everyone he meets.  Reaching for your shoulder from your lap (which is where he wants to be) he will softly nuzzle your face.  If this kind of declaration of love doesn't move you (it will) you're more stoic than I.  Circling your legs for position, he's a hundred percent sure he can park his caboose as close to you as possible.  A docile, darling ginger "bunny" - the flap of a tail that remains is endearing.  He'll never miss it and neither will you.  The moral of the story is something Salvador wants to share with you:  Don't chase your tail looking for your new forever friend when he's waiting right under your nose!     The Rescue is open 7 days a week for you to come and meet our pets!
