Description

Jubei is a sweet, handsome little guy who is learning that people can be pretty wonderful. He started out very fearful and unsure, but he has already made some big strides in his journey toward becoming a confident kitten.Jubei may still be a little hesitant when approached, and he can be shy about being handled. But once he feels safe and settled in his bed, he will allow gentle pets—and those pets can earn you some lovely purrs! He is also learning that hands bring good things, happily enjoying tube treats and even allowing pets while he eats. He has started offering slow blinks, too, which is a very encouraging sign that he is beginning to trust humans.Jubei will need a patient adopter who understands that trust takes time. He isn't the type of kitten who will necessarily rush into your arms on day one, but watching him come out of his shell will be incredibly rewarding. With patience, consistency, and plenty of love (and tube treats!), this little guy has so much potential.We think Jubei would likely do especially well with another playful, confident cat or kitten who can show him the ropes and teach him how to be a kitten.If you're looking for a sweet boy whose trust you can earn one purr and one slow blink at a time, Jubei may be your guy!
