Londyn is a 1-year-old, 11-pound Yorkie/Schnauzer mix—although her exact breed mix is a bit of a mystery. Whatever she is, she is one adorable little girl! Londyn is a little shy when she first meets you and, of her family, she is definitely the shyest. She came into rescue with her mom and two siblings, and while they have all been adjusting, Londyn is the one who needs a little extra time and patience to feel comfortable. Once she realizes she is safe, she will begin to come out of her shell. Her future family will need to understand that she may need a few days to a week to settle into her new home, learn the household routine, and understand what is expected of her. Giving her that time without pushing her too quickly will help her build confidence and learn to trust her new family. Londyn would do best with a family who can give her the time, patience, and individual attention she deserves. She has so much potential to blossom once she knows she is home and surrounded by people who love her. Because of her small size and adaptable nature, Londyn could do well in either a home or an apartment. She just needs a family willing to let her settle in at her own pace and help her discover what a wonderful life she has ahead of her. If you're looking for a sweet little girl who may take a little time to show you her true personality, Londyn could be the perfect addition to your family. ❤️ Please understand you are committing to providing a good home for her entire life (up to 15+ years or more.) You must be committed to housebreaking, age-appropriate enrichment and exercise, leash training, grooming needs, and positive socialization. Her adoption fee is $250. This includes her spay surgery, rabies vaccination, Nobivac® Canine 1-DAPP vaccination, Nobivac® Intra-Trac 3 vaccination, Drontal® Plus, IDEXX SNAP® 4Dx Plus Test, Tri-Heart® Plus chewable tablet, 24PetWatch® microchip, and leash and collar. Please be aware that puppies and small breed dogs do get adopted quickly so interested parties are encouraged to apply online at www.saspca.org. Please ensure your application is complete before submitting. We do verify property ownership, landlord references, apartment/HOA restrictions, veterinary references, and criminal histories.
