KOOPER is an 8 month old Mini Australian Shepherd. HE IS DEAF and needs a family who can accommodate a deaf dog, teach him hand signals, and give him all the opportunities that hearing dogs get! Kooper is in a foster home with multiple dogs and gets along with them well! A fun-loving, active little pup looking for like-minded family! Kooper has been neutered, vaccinated, tested negative for heart worms and tickborne disease diseases, microchip and is ready to go home with you. He weighed 25 pounds at his surgery check-in.
