Meet Leafy!  Leafy is an adorable one-year-old girl weighing about 30 pounds who came to us after finding herself on the euthanasia list at the Hesperia shelter. Thankfully, that wasn’t where her story ended. This sweet girl absolutely loves people and is convinced that 30 pounds is the perfect size for a lap dog! Leafy is affectionate, friendly, and great with other dogs. She keeps her kennel clean and does okay on a leash, and with a little more practice, she should only get better. Leafy is young, playful, and ready to experience all the good things that come with being part of a family. After coming so close to never getting that chance, she deserves a home where she can cuddle, play, and be loved for the rest of her life.
