Description
Meet Gypsy. Gypsy is a perfect, age appropriate Cattle Dog mix, at about 4 years old and 40lbs. Gypsy came into the shelter with a severely cracked tooth which they managed to pull while she was under for spay surgery. She’s as good as new. Here is what her foster has to report: Gypsy is a typical heeler. Walks well on a leash, but also does well off leash. Decent recall, sometimes there are things that she would rather investigate. She has been introduced to livestock on the other side of the fence with zero reaction. Super friendly and gets along well with the other dogs. She is not a fan of the pushy dogs, but just growls and walks away. Very appropriate. She appears house trained. If you are looking for a more sedate companion she would fit the criteria. Also good around small dogs. Gypsy is in the prime of her life. We think most adopters are looking for a dog this speed but instead are applying for puppies or juveniles forgetting it takes a couple of years for them to mature and just be cool and easy like this. Gypsy is microchipped, spayed, and UTD on vaccines Gypsy is located in Reedley, CA More photos, video, and updates: https://www.facebook.com/www.cchdrescue.org/ search in posts and photo albums.
