Meow meet Chewee! She is a beautiful brown and white tabby girl who truly enjoys being loved. She is gentle, calm, affectionate, and absolutely appreciates a good petting session. In fact, Chewee would be perfectly happy being the center of attention and will gladly soak up as much affection as you’re willing to give! Sadly, through no fault of her own, Chewee’s family recently faced a change in circumstances that led to the heartbreaking decision to surrender her for her own well-being. She was loved, and letting her go was a choice that had to be made. Now she is waiting for someone new to discover what her family already knew - a wonderful cat who deserves to be cherished. Chewee was front declawed prior to coming to the rescue. She  would do best with older respectful children and would make a wonderful companion for a senior or anyone looking for a calm, loving cat who genuinely enjoys her people. Chewee hasn’t lost her loving nature just because she lost her home. She still wants to be close, be petted, and be someone’s special girl. Now she just needs a new person to love her, spoil her, and give her that feeling of belonging again!
