This has to be the luckiest unlucky dog  ever.Kon was being given away in a parking lot to anyone. As luck would have it he was picked up by someone who contacted Russell Rescue to help him. That was his good luck.Now the bad luck. Precious one has a shin issue because of neglect, parasite issue and the worst luck is he is heart worm positive. Can you imagine if he had ended up with someone who did not take him to a vet and take care of all these issues. His bad luck would have been the death of him.But Kon still has the luck of the Irish and he is getting the best of care. Russell Rescue will positively be sure his luck will only be good from now on.Help Kon now by being his foster or better yet his adopter. Volunteers process the applications and need time above their personal needs and full-time jobs to process the apps.Please have patience. We do not have any paid staff members. Our adoption fee is $300 which includes spay/neuter, DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies, HW check, and microchip. Russell Rescue dogs are fostered in the Middle Tennessee area. We do not ship/transport our dogs, so the approved adopter must be willing to travel to Tennessee. Russell Rescue will try to first place our rescue dogs locally or in surrounding states.Russell Rescue is not open to the public for visiting hours.
