Hi there my name is Shira. I am a bearded dragon. I was surrendered to the SPCA after my owners could not afford a life saving surgery. Thanks to the SPCA I was able to get spayed... yes you can spay reptiles! Unfortunately I also had a joint infection I was dealing with so I had to be on antibiotics for along time! While my next owner does not have to worry about reproductive issues with me there is still a possibility I could get another joint infection down the line as I am more susceptible to them now. Despite all the health hurtles I've had to overcome I am an active curious girl and would love to explore the great outdoors with a my new human.
