RAIN IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION OUTSIDE A 30 MINUTE RADIUS OF DES MOINES UNTIL AFTER NOVEMBER  11, 2026 DUE  TO HER VETTING REQUIREMENTS. Rain is an 8-week-old, 9 lb., female, Labrador mix puppy. She is a young puppy that still needs to experience the world and work on all the skills. She is not currently house trained or leash trained. Rain loves other dogs and is working on learning cue from them so if there is another dog in the home, they will need to be tolerant of the "in your face" greetings Rain has to offer right now. She has not met any kids or cats. She is more shy than her three sisters so she will need to gain more confidence through experiences. She hasn't learned not to jump up for attention so any children will need to be able to handle an exuberant puppy.
