He came to Carolina Poodle Rescue from a North Carlina hoarding case. Now he's ready to find a loving home where he can enjoy the comfort and stability every dog deserves.   Frodo is a survivor. He is quiet, observant and adjusts well to most situations. We shudder to imagine the stories he'd tell if he had words. Frodo is proof that the past is merely prologue and you can write your next chapter in love and hope. Frodo is vision impaired and needs the consistency of a calm home. Energy level: Moderate Frodo may be small at just 8 pounds, but he has already overcome a great deal. He is underweight and has vision limitations due to a mature cataract in his left eye, but he remains bright, alert, and ready for his next chapter. Good with dogs: Yes Good with kids: We think kids 10 years and older would be ideal for Frodo.  Cats: Unknown but can be tested.   Fun fact: Frodo weighs only 8 pounds, making him the perfect pocket-sized companion.
