Hi, I’m Phoebe! I’ve traded my shelter kennel for a loving foster home, and I finally get to relax, decompress, and just be a puppy! Shelter life was tough for me, and I was starting to feel the stress of being confined all day. But now I have a safe place to learn, grow, and show my true personality. I’m young, smart, playful, and full of puppy energy! I love toys, attention, and having fun. I enjoy playing with other dogs, too, but I do best with compatible friends and supervised play. I’m ready to soak up all the love, continue learning, and hopefully find my forever family. Could you be the one I’ve been waiting for?
