Description

Lucy lost her home.  She almost lost his life.  Now she needs someone to love her. She is one of  five senior cats who have already experienced more heartbreak than any cat should have to endure.   Her beloved owner passed away, leaving behind 9 cats who had nowhere to go.   They were brought to a veterinary office to be euthanized.   Before Rescue Ridge could get there, two had already lost their lives.    But then came a Hail Mary. Rescue was able to step in and save the remaining 7 cats.   Two have since been adopted. Her exact age is not known but she is estimated to be 10 years young.  Despite having her world turned upside down she is a sweet, loving girl who loves to be petted.   She does not understand why she was left behind and she does not why her person is not coming back.   But we can give her a new beginning.   She may be a senior, but that doesn’t mean her story should be over.  In fact, maybe her best chapters are still waiting to be written.    Lucy deserves a warm bed.  A sunny window.  Gentle hands.  A Full food bowl.  She deserves to be loved for exactly who she is.  And most of all she deserves to know what it feels like to be home again.     Her buddies are also available for adoption.
