General info
Description
DOB: 6/4/2026 Almond Butter was underweight when she arrived at her foster home, but she plumped up quickly, and will probably end up a good size cat. She was found as a single kitten, but has been exposed to dogs and cats in her foster home. She currently tolerates them, but with time she should acclimate well. Almond Butter spent the night with six - 9 and 10 year old boys during a sleepover and loved it. She enjoys being in the action sometimes but also likes her quiet time. Almond Butter runs and hides when you walk into her room, but when she’s in the living room she doesn’t hide and likes to watch everyone, swatting at the dog. She would be fine in a single cat or multi-pet family. Ok with young kids, but not a big fan of 6 and under. **This cat is currently in a foster home and arrangements can be made for a meeting once you have applied with us. All cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and tested for FIV/FeLV. If interested in adopting me, please fill out an online adoption application at https://colonycats.org/adoption_app.html to expedite the process. Due to the large number of inquiries received, we are unable to respond to emails quickly.** ________________________________ Kitten Adoption Policy: Kittens cannot be adopted as a solo pet, they must either go home with another kitten or join a home that already has a young, playful cat. If there are no other pets in the household, adoption of two littermates is required. Kittens thrive with a feline companion to help them learn, play, and develop healthy social skills.
