Meet Machka: Queen Bee Introducing Queen Machka (aka Machie), a confident, regal kitten; a benevolent Queen who rules with a velvet paw. This little sweetie believes she is royalty, always holding her head high and displaying unwavering confidence. She sets the rules for her siblings and stands her ground should there be a revolt.  While human royals go fox hunting, Machie hones her amazing huntress skills by lying in wait and then pouncing on her siblings. She also leaps, chases, pounces on, and conquers all manner of balls and feather and wand toys.  Underneath all that beautiful soft fur is a heart of gold, a kitty who loves everyone and seeks companionship with both humans and other animals. The adult cat with whom Machie lives in her foster home is not fond of kittens chasing her around, but Machie continues to make friendly overtures, unfazed by a paw swatting her away and still looking to slowly make friends. The dog in her foster home is a bit afraid of kittens, and Machie has respected his boundaries. Machie soaks up human affection, seeking cuddles and pets and purring in appreciation. Her foster mom says Machie’s fur is so soft that petting her is therapeutic, and who can resist that little face? Best of all, her favorite way to warm a lap is to lie belly up and have a little snooze, while her adoring human accommodates her. Machie is a brave kitten who actually saved herself and her siblings by reaching out a paw to a little girl, basically asking for refuge; since then, they have all blossomed under the love and care of their foster family.  Machie is at once both affectionate and loving as well as independent. She could happily live with other pets and with respectful children. She will thrive in a home with humans who give her plenty of love and attention, as well as room to grow and maintain her hallmark confidence. Because she is a kitten, she must be adopted into a home with another friendly cat so she can continue to grow her social skills and burn off all that kitten energy.
