Description

This is a very special little boy who arrived at the shelter with his brother and sister. Sadly, he had severe infections in both eyes. Despite several medications and lots of TLC, his eyes could not be saved, and he eventually had surgery to remove both of them. But please don’t feel sorry for this little guy—he certainly doesn’t feel sorry for himself! He is happy, playful, affectionate, and amazingly confident. He runs and plays with his siblings and has learned to navigate the room like a pro. Watching him, it’s easy to forget that he can’t see. Because he is blind, he will need to be an indoor-only kitty in a home where his surroundings can remain fairly consistent and safe. We would especially love to see him adopted with one of his siblings, who could be his lifelong companion and “seeing-eye buddy.” He has had a difficult beginning, but we know there is a very special family out there ready to give this sweet boy the wonderful life he deserves.
