Cordelia is a 4-year-old Chihuahua mix with a sparkling personality. She weighs only 14 pounds and, it’s because of her petiteness and a bit of shyness that she would do best not to live in a family with small children. Cordelia came into rescue with 4 puppies and Heartworm. Her puppies are now weaned, and her Heartworm has been treated. She is more than excited and ready to find her forever home!
