Meet Kenya! Kenya is a beautiful 6 year old Shih Tzu mix who weighs about 19 pounds. She is a sweet, laid back girl with an easygoing and independent personality. Kenya will happily greet you when you come home and loves getting affection from her people, but she is also perfectly content relaxing in her own cozy spot. Her favorite things include leisurely walks, tummy rubs, quiet time with her family, and simply enjoying the comforts of home. Kenya is leash trained, spayed, and up to date on her vaccinations. She does well with other dogs, cats, and children and would be comfortable in an apartment or a house. She has a calm nature and does not need constant attention or entertainment to be happy. Kenya enjoys companionship but is also secure enough to appreciate her own space, making her a nice balance of affectionate and independent. Kenya could be a wonderful fit for a single person, couple, or family looking for a gentle companion with a relaxed approach to life.
