Meet Diesel!  At approximately 1 year old, this sweet boy may look the most like a Boston Terrier mix, but his personality? 100% Pug. He came into our care after being removed from an abusive situation, and now he’s ready to leave his past behind and discover just how wonderful life can be. This little guy has plenty of energy and would make an awesome little adventure buddy! Whether it’s heading out for walks, exploring new places or simply joining you for whatever the day brings, he’s ready to go.  But don’t let that energy fool you — this boy has an off switch! Once the adventures are over, he’s perfectly content to curl up on the couch and spend the rest of the day snuggled right beside his humans.  And speaking of his humans… they are his favourite thing in the entire world. His ideal home will be one where his people are home frequently because this guy wants to be right there with you. He loves nothing more than curling up as close as physically possible — and honestly, if he could crawl inside your skin just to be closer to you, he probably would.  He hasn’t been cat or kid tested yet, but he has shown us nothing but a gentle, sweet and even-tempered personality, so we think he could do well in a variety of homes.
