Meet Hendrix!Hendrix is an adorable wirehaired terrier mix weighing around 35 pounds, and once he gets comfortable, this boy has the BEST personality!Hendrix can be a little nervous when he first enters a new environment, and new situations can be overwhelming for him. He does best when given a couple of days to decompress and settle in. Once he does, his goofy personality comes out, and he is absolutely hilarious! This boy LOVES rolling around on his back, showing off his belly, and getting belly rubs. He will happily roll around on the couch and has even managed to roll right off of it!Hendrix does well with other dogs and mostly just ignores them. He does well in his crate and is making great progress with leash training while working on potty training. When it comes to food, Hendrix is a little bougie! He’s a picky eater and prefers his wet food mixed in with his dry food. He knows what he likes!Hendrix would do best in a quiet, low key home and if children older would be best where he can take his time getting comfortable. He isn’t looking for a crazy, busy lifestyle, he really just wants to be somebody’s little buddy. Once Hendrix feels safe and settled, you get to see the sweet, funny guy underneath that nervous exterior.Hendrix is currently fostered in the Cincinnati, Ohio area and is ready to find his forever family!If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting this baby, please fill out an application.
