Description

Mack is an 11-year-old male Siamese mix, possibly a Snowshoe Siamese based on appearance, with beautiful eyes and unusual buff coloring pattern. Mack is affectionate, calm, loves to chill with his people, and generally lounge around, though he can go bonkers playing with his favorite toys. He can be alone for several hours and is quiet throughout the night. Mack loves to be brushed, especially gentle strokes on his cheeks from front to back, and to watch birds and squirrels from a comfy spot. Mack is a very good cat who we believe would do best in a quiet, loving, stable home, ideally with no other cats (or possibly with another cat of similar size and temperament). He also needs a cat person who can read his body language and meet his needs, including a final meal at bedtime, which are easily managed by reading his cues and veterinary-prescribed food for constipation (wet and/or dry). Although Mack lived with several cats before, he has not accepted our other cat who is not a good candidate for adoption, therefore Mack unfortunately needs to find a new home. Mack is an indoor-only cat, uses his litter box perfectly, keeps himself very well groomed and benefits from frequent brushings, and loves to scratch his litter tracking mat (soft honeycomb style). He is current on his rabies and FVRCP vaccines, microchipped, and prefers not to have his paws touched so lots of treats help with nail trims.
