Hi, I’m Eugene. I may be a senior gentleman, but I still have plenty of love to give. I was adopted as an older cat, hoping to enjoy my golden years in peace… but the younger cats in the home didn’t agree with that plan. They picked on me, and even though I’m calm and kind, it became too much. So here I am, looking for a place where I can finally relax and just be myself. I’m a sweet, even‑tempered boy who adjusts to new people faster than you’d expect. Once I trust you — and that doesn’t take long — I don’t mind being picked up, held, or cuddled. I lean right into your hands when you pet me, and my purr is big enough to let you know exactly how happy I am. I do well with children, I’m gentle with everyone, and I’m just hoping for a home where I can feel safe and loved without any bullying. I don’t need much… just kindness, a soft spot to nap, and someone who appreciates a calm, affectionate senior companion.
