After lovingly raising five kittens, 2-year-old Mama Layla is ready for life to finally be about her! This sweet cat has spent months caring for her babies in a busy foster home, and now she deserves a forever home with a little less commotion, where she can settle into a routine, relax, and enjoy having more time and attention from her people. Layla could enjoy the companionship of another friendly cat, especially one who is respectful of her space. She doesn’t need a silent household, but she would be happiest in a home where she isn’t constantly surrounded by a crowd of animals competing for attention. She is ready for the next chapter after motherhood: comfortable places to nap, affection from people she trusts, a predictable home and the chance to be somebody’s cherished companion instead of everybody’s mama. For the right person, Layla has the opportunity to build a very special relationship. She has done her job raising her family. Now it is Layla’s turn to be taken care of! All ages and breeds are best estimates.Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped.
