Description
Bear is a 3-year-old, reserved but loving female cat who is looking for her forever home. This pretty girl loves finding cozy spots around the house to hide, and her current favorite thing is hiding under blankets. She enjoys cautiously exploring new areas, especially alongside people she trusts. As for her routine, she typically naps in the morning, becomes more active in the afternoon, and loves to cuddle up next to you at night. She has a medium energy level and typically likes to play in the afternoon and before bed. Otherwise, she is pretty chill and content being near you, finding her own peaceful spots throughout the day.Bear currently lives in a house with two adult humans and two children 5 and 7.We feel Bear would truly thrive in a calm, peaceful home where she can have her own quiet space to relax and explore with her wonderful new forever family. To make sure she feels safe and happy, a home without small children (gentle, cat-savvy tweens and teens would be fine) or a busy, loud schedule would be the absolute best fit for her. She hasn’t met any other cats or dogs yet. This lady is such a sweet, loving, and attentive cat! She truly thrives when she's around the people she trusts, and she's doing so well as she learns to adjust to home life again. If you’d like to help Bear continue to gain confidence and trust in a compassionate forever home, she would love to meet you! There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimates.Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped.
