Phineas (A0868050) and his brother, Othello (0868048) have been in foster care their entire lives while their eye issues were addressed. Phineas is a major lover who enjoys giving hugs and nuzzling against your neck while his brother lounges on your lap getting tummy rubs. He loves to play with his brother who is his best friend. Phineas is particularly fond of his tunnel and his cat tree. He is a good eater and uses his litter box well. Phineas is a loving companion and is anxious to find his forever home. Being accompanied by his brother would make it complete!
