Description
Foster or forever home wanted: Meet Jack! At 4½ years old and around 60 pounds, this handsome guy is the definition of an easygoing good boy. Jack first entered the shelter as a puppy in 2022 and was adopted into a family. Four years later, through absolutely no fault of his own, he found himself back in the shelter when his family moved out of the country and couldn’t take him with them. Now he’s looking for someone who will make sure this time, he’s home for good. Jack is dog friendly, easy to walk, loves car rides, knows “shake,” and has a playful side. Give him a ball and he’s a happy guy. He also settles into a routine quickly and is perfectly content to hang out, take a nap, keep you company, and occasionally remind you that snacks exist. He’s the kind of dog who doesn’t need a complicated life. He just wants to be part of yours. The important detail: Jack has prey drive toward cats, so he needs a cat-free home. After already losing his family once, Jack deserves a forever family that won’t give up on him. If you’re looking for an easygoing, loyal, fun-loving companion, Jack might be your guy.
