ASTRID

Description

Meet Astrid! This adorable French Bulldog may not be much of a hiking buddy, but she's always up for an adventure! Whether she's heading out for a field trip or enjoying a leisurely stroll, Astrid is a dream to take along. Volunteers rave about her excellent manners: she rides well in a car, knows `sit,` and even knows how to wait when asked. She's so calm and well-mannered most of the time, that she barely needs reminders. This low-key lady is happy to go with the flow! Astrid also has a little extra sparkle: she has heterochromia, which means her eyes are two different colors! It's a unique feature that makes her even more beautiful, and the best part? It doesn't affect her vision one bit. When it comes to other pups, Astrid appreciates a little personal space. She's perfectly content to walk right on by and mind her own business, as long as her canine neighbors do the same. She's a girl who knows what she likes, and respecting her boundaries is the way to her heart! And speaking of hearts, Astrid's belongs to PEOPLE! Okay, and food. We can't forget food. But people are definitely a close second! She absolutely adores human companionship, though she'd prefer a home without small children. She's also happy doing her own thing now and then, but she'll always make time to check in with her favorite person. If you're looking for a sweet, easygoing companion who's up for little adventures, appreciates the finer things in life (like snacks and personal space), and will happily be your cuddle buddy, Astrid is ready to meet you! She's looking for her person to love for life. Could that be you?
