While Leon is initially a bit shy, he takes a short time to warm up and is so affectionate! Leon adores other dogs, and is working hard at learning cues from dogs who may want to sit the romp session out. Leon loves toys, but will need continued help differentiating between play things and shoes/remotes. (Its best to keep them out of his reach as he gets into a routine). Leon is crate comfortable, but always excited to see you when you get home. He is getting into a nice routine with going outside for potty time, and is always super happy to receive a snack for a job well done. Playtime either alone with toys or with other dogs, and couch snuggles with people or other dogs are favorite pass times.  Leon is finishing out a course of oral antibiotics as he was diagnosed with tick borne illness in Texas, but he takes his pill easy peasy with meals.
