Leah – Tiny Fighter, Sweet Spirit, Ready to Thrive. Leah was found on the side of the road in Foley by a kind teacher who knew she needed help. At only 15 ounces, she arrived dehydrated, underweight, and with infected eyes—but this little girl has shown nothing but strength and sweetness from the moment she was rescued. Leah is a tender‑hearted little soul. She isn’t rambunctious like many kittens, though she certainly enjoys playtime. She bonds quickly with her caregiver and sleeps curled up beside her every night — all night long. She often shows a sweet, distinctive head tilt, especially when she’s listening closely to your voice. There’s something wonderfully unique about her. Leah needs a gentle, quiet home where she can have “her person” to snuggle with each night and isn’t expected to tumble around with other pets. An understanding, calm family or individual would be the perfect match for this special girl. Please remember: Unless otherwise specified, all our kittens and cats are strictly indoor pets. Every rescue in our care receives comprehensive vetting, which includes: A combo test Deworming Spay/neuter procedures Vaccinations Microchipping We take every possible step to ensure their health and happiness, giving them the best chance at a long, fulfilling life. While we do everything in our power to provide healthy rescues, it's important to note that some animals may have genetic health conditions we cannot predict (since we don’t have their family history). Additionally, medical tests—though highly reliable—can occasionally yield false negatives. Unexpected health issues may arise, either before or after adoption, but thanks to our thorough vetting process, the likelihood of a long and healthy life is very high. Additional adoption details: Transportation fees, if applicable, vary based on distance and expenses. Home checks may be conducted. Our standard tax-deductible adoption donation is $188.
