Bear Claw

Description

Bear Claw is approximately 3 years old and weighs between 60-70lbs. Our rescue partners found him dumped in a wooded area.  He's a little shy, but very sweet and loves kids!  A home with a fenced yard is preferred to allow him to enjoy his outside time! Foster Home Update:   Bear Claw is a playful yet calm fellow. He is most happy playing with other dogs and learning from them so his new home must have another dog in order to help him transition. He settled in slowly and is housebroken. While he loves to play with other dogs he is also content to have some solo playtime with toys. He'll hang out in the yard alone or with a companion. Bear Claw is not a fan of the car, but looks forward to his walks and is gentle on leash. He is very friendly, and is quickly becoming a neighborhood favorite greeting every person and dog along the way.  He is crate trained but can be trusted in the home overnight, or when his foster is out.  He'll make a great family dog!   **Breed or size (once fully grown) is a 'best guess' and is not guaranteed since they arrived into rescue without either parent. **Magnificent Mutts is an all foster home based rescue and meets are held by appointment with the entire family in attendance. Please ensure your current pets are up to date with vetting, have landlord/HOA approval and are prepared to take your new family member home at the adoption appointment.  Thank you for your interest!                             If you are interested in adoption, please complete the "Application to Adopt" which can be accessed from this link: (     www.magnificentmutts.org )  No phone calls please, emails only.
