Socrates currently lives in the county kennels, but he deserves so much more than a kennel life. At around 1 year old, this Black Mouth Cur mix is everything people love about young dogs: friendly, fun, eager to please, and always ready for an adventure. Spend just a few minutes with him and you'll understand why everyone falls for his charm. Socrates loves people and has a happy, outgoing personality that makes him a joy to be around. He's the kind of dog who greets each day with enthusiasm and is always ready to make a new friend. This handsome boy also gets along great with other dogs. In fact, he was an excellent playmate for a 4-year-old Great Dane in one of our volunteers homes, matching energy and play style like a pro. Whether it's running around the yard, exploring outdoors, or simply hanging out with his favorite people, Socrates is happiest when he's part of the action.
