Hi! I’m Spatula I’m a 4 year old, 72 pound handsome guy, and my foster mom thinks I’m a brown Lab mix. I LOVE meeting new people… I just have a funny way of introducing myself.  I’ll let out a little grumble that basically means, “Hey… who are you?” But don’t worry two seconds later we’re best friends! That’s just my quirky way of saying hello I’m a big fan of toys, especially balls. And if you ask, “Want to play chase?” my answer is ALWAYS yes! I also LOVE car rides and anything involving water. Lakes? Amazing. Kiddie pools? Sign me up. The hose? Sprinklers? Count me in!  I enjoy walks and even runs. I’m still working on not pulling on the leash, but I’m getting better every single day and I’m eager to keep learning. I will do anything for a treat too I have the perfect balance of energy. I’m always ready to play, but I also know how to relax when it’s time to chill. My favorite place to sleep is right on the bed next to you  because being close to my people is my favorite thing. I’m fully house trained, trustworthy enough to be left out when you’re away, and I do well with other dogs of all sizes. I might give a little grumble when meeting a new dog, but that’s just me saying, “Hi!” Once introductions are over, I’m happy to peacefully coexist. Wrestling isn’t really my thing, but I’d love a canine friend to hang out with.
