Meet Cashel, a handsome gray tabby with striking eyes, a sweet expression, and one very important thing you should know about him: CASHEL IS A LAP CAT!  This lovable big boy weighs about 13.4 pounds, which means there is plenty of Cashel to cuddle! He absolutely adores people and affection. Sit down and there’s a very good chance Cashel will be looking for your lap. Get up and walk away? Don’t be surprised if he follows right behind you! Cashel wants to be wherever his people are, soaking up pets, attention, and all the love he can get. When Cashel came to Forgotten Cats, we discovered that he had already been neutered. At some point in his life, someone cared for him, and Cashel likely knew what it was like to have a home. Somehow, though, this sweet boy ended up outside, having to fend for himself. Through it all, Cashel never lost his love for people. He is incredibly affectionate, gentle, and eager to form that special bond with someone again. This is a cat who doesn’t simply want a house to live in—he wants a person to love. ❤️ Cashel has had enough uncertainty. He deserves a forever home with soft beds, sunny windows, plenty of lap time, and someone who won’t mind having an adorable gray shadow following them from room to room.
