Icicle is not aggressive at all—he simply needs a little patience and a calm environment to feel safe. When someone approaches him with a soft voice and gentle hands, he relaxes and accepts pets, showing the loving boy he really is. This sweet kitty would do best in a peaceful home where he can take his time settling in and learning that he is safe and loved.
