She didn’t do anything wrong, and she wasn’t returned because of a behavior problem. Sometimes life simply changes in ways that are completely out of a pet’s control. Now, Noel is looking for the family who will make her their forever girl.   After everything she’s been through, she deserves stability, patience, understanding, and a family willing to let her settle in and become comfortable at her own pace. Noel has already lost one home.
