Meet Moong! Moong is one of many bean-themed kittens who are up for adoption. Moong recently came back from a foster home who reports: `She can be easily distinguished as she has some white markings on her paws and chin. She is somewhat less human-interested, initially, but is an all-around solid kitten - interested in exploring, happy to play with her sibs or with human-held toys and warmed up to humans after a few days. She's now climbing all over me with the other two ` Moong would do well in a variety of homes. Any resident animals should be introduced in a slow, thoughtful manner. To keep Moong, and our local wildlife safe, she should be indoors only moving forward.Moong is available for pre-adoption. Come meet her, fall in love and take her home after her spay surgery. Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
